At MissNClothing, we value our customers and aim to provide quality products and great service. Please read our return policy below to understand how returns are handled.

Returns on Faulty Items

• Customers may return items within 6 working days from the date of purchase.

• The original receipt is required for all returns.

• Returns will only be accepted if the item is faulty or not working.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, with all tags and packaging where reasonably possible.

In line with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA), faulty items will be assessed before approval of a return, repair, replacement, or refund.

Exchanges

• No exchanges or returns are permitted on undergarments for hygiene and health reasons.

• Exchanges on other items are subject to availability and management approval.

Non-Returnable Items

• Undergarments are strictly non-returnable and non-exchangeable.

• Items returned without a valid receipt will not be accepted.

• Items that show signs of wear, misuse, or damage caused after purchase may be refused.

Important Notes

• All returns are subject to inspection.

• MissNClothing reserves the right to refuse a return if the policy conditions are not met.

• This policy does not affect your rights under the South African Consumer Protection Act.
